Thank you for choosing to access and/or use of our website, AmplifyImpact.io, our apps like Android and IOS apps, our services, our events (the “Platform” or “Service”) on a computer, mobile device, any other device, or in person. The Platform is operated by AmplifyImpact.io (the “Company”, “our”, “us” or “we”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy applies when you use The Platform operated by the Company. In this privacy policy, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights and choices you have in relation to your personal information. We collect your Personal Information when:

● you publish an event on our Service or participate any event published on Service;

In addition to the above, we also process your chats with other users as well as the content you publish, as part of the operation of the services.

We collect following Personal Information when you interact or access the Services:

● Personal Identifiers such as name, email address, date of birth or age, billing address, username, password, phone number, picture, videos and other similar information;
● Financial Information such as debit/credit card information, bank account number and other similar details;
● Location information, such as geo-location;

4. COOKIES AND OTHER SIMILAR DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGIES

We use and may allow others to use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels) to recognize you and/or your device(s). Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to use our website and/or and our Services are not targeted at children under the age of 18. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, any personal data we receive from users we believe to be aged 18 or under will be removed from our database

We will retain your personal information (including Personal information from closed accounts) for as long as is required to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting or other business requirements or as we deem necessary and relevant to protect our interests and/or to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy (unless a longer retention period is required by law). Your Personal information may or may not be encrypted while stored or archived by us.

7. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS

Sharing of information as laid out in this Privacy Policy sometimes involves cross-border data transfers, for instance to the United States of America and other jurisdictions. As an example, where the service allows for users to be located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), their personal information is transferred to countries outside of the EEA. We use standard contract clauses approved by the European Commission or other suitable safeguard to permit data transfers from the EEA to other countries. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures such as HTTPS, SSL certification, TLSv1.2, TLSv1.3 designed to protect the security of any Personal Information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, transmission of Personal Information to and from our website and/or app is at your own risk. You should only access the website and/or app within a secure environment

10. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT of 2018 (CCPA) NOTICE

Verification process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g. phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.

We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. If, however, we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.
